Wild Rose Martini
INGREDIENTS
2 parts Glendalough Rose Gin
½ part dry vermouth
½ part elderflower liqueur
GLASSWARE
Nick & Nora cocktail glass.
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist or rose petal.
Rose & Raspberry Fizz
INGREDIENTS
1⅔ parts Glendalough Rose Gin
½ part raspberry syrup
½ part fresh lemon juice
½ part bitter orange aperitif
Top with soda water
GLASSWARE
Highball glass
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients (except soda) in a shaker with ice.
Strain into a highball glass and add the soda.
Garnish with a raspberry and a freshly torn sprig of mint.
Wild Botanical Negroni
INGREDIENTS
1 part Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin
1 part bitter red aperitif
1 part sweet vermouth
Orange peel (garnish)
GLASSWARE
Tumbler
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin, Campari and Vermouth to a tumbler mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir until well chilled.
Strain slowly into a tumbler glass with large ice cubes.
Garnish with orange peel.
Wild Botanical G&T
INGREDIENTS
1⅔ parts Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin
Top with tonic water
Fresh orange slice & rosemary sprig (garnish)
GLASSWARE
Glendalough Gin branded stemless glass.
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the Wild Botanical Gin into an ice-filled stemless goblet.
Top up with tonic water and stir.
Garnish with a slice of orange and fresh sprig of rosemary.
