Pot Still Whiskey Sour

INGREDIENTS

1⅔ parts Glendalough Pot Still Whiskey

1 part fresh lemon juice

½ part simple syrup

3 dashes aromatic bitters

½ part egg white (or substitute)

1 fresh orange slice (garnish)

GLASSWARE

Fluted tumbler with a heavy bottom.

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker for 15 seconds.

Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds.

Strain into a tumbler and garnish with a fresh orange slice.

Double Barrel Hot Toddy

INGREDIENTS

1⅔ parts Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey

1 tablespoon honey

1 cinnamon stick (snapped)

1 lemon slice with 4–5 whole cloves 

Boiled water, to fill glass

GLASSWARE

Heatproof glass.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add whiskey, honey, cinnamon, and clove studded lemon slice to a glass.

Fill to the brim with boiled water and stir gently.
