Wild Rose Spritz

INGREDIENTS

1½ parts Glendalough Wild Rose Gin

¾ part elderflower cordial

2 parts champagne or prosecco

1 part soda water

1 large mint sprig (garnish)

 
OTHER GARNISH OPTIONS:
Fresh rose petal, cucumber peel or lemon slice

Long Stemmed Glass
 
INSTRUCTIONS

Fill a glass with ice.

Pour in chilled Champagne and elderflower cordial.

Next, layer with the beautifully crafted Glendalough Wild Rose Gin.

Finish with a splash of refreshing soda water.

Give it a gentle stir, then garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
